Some really big news is spreading around the tool industry this week. Apparently Stanley Black & Decker is selling Delta to TOTY, a Taiwanese company. With the sale comes a move of the corporate headquarters to South Carolina. It will be very interesting to watch over the coming year to see what if any impact it has on both the selection of tools and also the quality. I’m a huge fan of Delta tools so I’m eager to see what happens.
