The Healthy Home releases March 22.
After earning a PhD in microbiology with a specialty in immunology from the University of Utah, Dr. Myron Wentz founded Gull Laboratories, where he developed the first commercially available diagnostic test kit for the Epstein-Barr virus. Dr. Wentz then launched USANA Health Sciences in 1992. Dr. Wentz’s greatest efforts are now spent on personal research and humanitarian work. In June 2007, he was honored with the Albert Einstein Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Life Sciences from Global Capital Associates.
As the son of a renowned health scientist, Dave Wentz learned early on about the impacts of nutrition, lifestyle choices, and the environment on human health. After graduating with a degree in bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego, he joined his father, Dr. Myron Wentz, to establish USANA Health Sciences, a state-of-the art manufacturer of health products. Dave and Myron live in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I don’t understand this one:
"Fluorescent light bulbs will make you feel drained and lethargic. They contain a toxic gas known as mercury vapor. Instead try purchasing CFL bulbs to help conserve energy"
First off I am not aware of regular fluorescent bulbs making you tired (they are in my workshop and i still get plenty done). But a CFL is 'compact fluorescent'. Isn’t he saying to swap 1 fluorescent for another?
I have a couple of comments about these tips. (1) Non-stick pans are safe unless they're heated over about 550 degrees F. (2) A CFL is a Compact Fluorescent Lamp; it uses the same technology as the fluorescent light bulb, including mercury vapor in the glass envelope. Both produce visible light by exciting phosphors on the inside of the glass envelope with UV light produced during operation.
This guy is a crank, most of these tips are bunk. You should not propagate these easily debunked claims on your site! Just because the guy's a doctor doesn't mean he has a clue -- that would be the argument from authority.
1) Taking you shoes off before entering you home will keep it cleaner. OK I buy this, you track in a bunch of stuff with your shoes.
2) Teflon only releases chemicals if you really, really over heat them.

3) I can't find any information about wrinkle free sheets, but given that they are sold and safely used by millions of people I'd be inclined not to believe him
4) This guy clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. He says to stop using fluorescent lights then tells you to use CFL's which are also fluorescent and contain mercury.
5) The power line cancer risk was a flawed study.

There is no evidence EMF from electrical appliances has any effect on the human body.
I'll pass on all the comments to his publisher and see if we get a response :)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts guys!
