Electrical Supplies at The Home Depot

PRO Grade Electrical Supplies

I’ve never seen the bid market as tight as it is today which means contractors need every advantage when it comes to material pricing. Did you know that The Home Depot offers an extensive line of Electrical Supplies for the PRO?

Utilize their exclusive services for Pros designed to get you back to your job site faster. Call to have stock pulled in advance and get in and get out using their dedicated contractor-only entrance, check-out and loading dock. Take advantage of bulk pricing and job lot quantities. They carry a large assortment of tools, wire and cable, light bulbs and many other products that you use on the job everyday. If you have something unique that you need to complete the job, they can fill special orders just for you.

Not only do they carry the basics like wire, switches and lighting, but they carry a full line of home automation, fire safety, networking and even security products. They even carry alternative energy products like solar power, wind power and generators.

The Home Depot PRO App

Another way The Home Depot makes life easier for PROs is with their PRO App. The PRO App lets you get pricing and even order materials from your phone. This can be a huge time saver and it’s an option that isn’t available typically from regular electrical supply stores. I use the App quite a bit when I’m doing bids and find it extremely useful and efficient.

Buying Power = Better Pricing

As I mentioned before, pricing is everything in todays bid market and The Home Depot’s buying power really helps them offer cheaper prices. Many of the electricians I work with buy bulk materials at THD because the pricing is so much better. This is especially true with products like wire where the savings can be quite significant. If you’re pricing a large order, stop at the Pro Desk and they will submit your quote to the Bid Room for additional volume discounts on electrical supplies and other items in your order.

If you’re looking for ways to beat the competition in 2014, why not check out the Electrical Supply page at HomeDepot.com and check out their pricing and learn how they can help you safe money this year.
