Be great for the new baseboards we are putting in
This would help me when I will be replacing my subfloors and the eventual install of new hardwood floor all throughout my house
I’d use this to replace the rotting wood in my barn.
I would use this as I plan on finishing my basement this spring. Of courses I’ll be following your insulation advice the whole way!
Already a Facebook fan and email subscriber.
My 18 volt saw has saved the day more than once, I expect the 20 volt to be even better at those jobs. GREAT TOOL !!!
Thanks Dewalt!!!
I WOULD USE IT AROUND THE HOUSE FOR ALOT OF DIFFERANT THINGS
This would be a big help for the house we are building.
I don’t have a reciprocating saw at the moment, one of the few tools I don’t own. I’ve certainly been in situations where I’ve needed one, though. As for what I’d use the DEWALT 20V Max Reciprocating Saw for, I can’t even begin to imagine everything I would. But probably the first would be removing some rotten built in tool benches/cabinets in my garage I’m replacing. I think this would make short work of the removal.
I’m an email subscriber and this is my FB Entry; http://www.facebook.com/homeconstructionimprovement/posts/10150533350939917
I am hoping to get my kitchen overhauled and we need this!

Thanks for this giveaway!
remodeling the bathrooms and the kitchen
I spend my summers building decks for just about everyone – I average probably 1 per week all summer long. I’d love to be able to go cord free as my current recip saw is nice, but tethered to an outlet.
I am signed up for your newsletter as well.
I would like you on facebook, but the giveaway I won on facebook of a paint stick thingy never showed up and I got no follow up either, so imho, screw all of facebook.
I would use this to help my cousin renovate his attic into a bedroom for his daughter.
I’ve got a lengthy old fence and an old shed to take down and stick in a dumpster or two…
aside from the usual home improvement uses I would take this tool to my favorite fishing rivers, streams, and lakes and help out the local beaver population by creating more access to spots for catch and release, except I do occasionally enjoy a bit of fish ‘n chips. It would also work great for those “betweeners” the branches too small for a chain saw and too large for my wife’s pruners, this for the 100+ trees and shrubs we have planted in our little oasis here in the desert.
I would use the reciprocating saw for a myriad of tasks around the house, including cutting our some uneven studs our contractor put in the basement before we finish it ourselves.
Too many projects planned this year…kitchen cabinets, reno the master bathroom, new fence, deck repairs…etc., etc.
I could find a lot of different uses for this saw. The fact that it is cordless & being a De Walt brand gives it a lot more possibilities.
I would use the saw to put up crown molding
My husband is a farmer and could find multiple uses for this tool.
This would be perfect to help with our bathroom remodel.
We are still in the process of rebuilding our master bathroom from the floor up, so I’m sure this saw would come in very handy!

I could up-size my bedroom window with this DEWALT tool :)
I’m rebuilding an old 60-100 year old storage building. The sill plates and floor are eaten away, but the structure is otherwise good. This would be the perfect tool.
Being in the market for a new home this saw would come in so handy many times. I am also an email subscriber
I would use it for all kinds of projects around the house
I would use this saw to repair our deck.
I own the 20V hammer drill/impact driver combo kit and have found it to be a really great and versatile set of tools. I would love to get my hands on the 20V MAX reciprocating saw and would use it do demo work as part of my bathroom remodel.

I have been needing a sawzall for awhile now. I am a pipefitter in Kansas City and I am always cutting something metal, wood, plastic piping…you name it. I have went through dozens of hacksaw blades and I am tired of it!! Money is tight. I am a single dad of two awesome kids. I am a disabled veteran and working my tail off to make ends meet. It would sure be nice to have this top of the line tool to help me work faster and safer. DeWalt, I have a new 18 volt drill and it would sure look nice next to a new recip saw! Have a great day.
Bryan
I install windows and doors and mine is about wore out the blade lock just don’t want to lock anymore so this would be perfect. Thank you
This would make upcoming home improvements so much easier! Starting with a complete master bath remodel!
I’m very excited about the new 20V line of Dewalt tools. I usually wait for an existing tool to break before I buy a new one, which is probably why my Dewalt tools are at least five years old! I actually made a decision last year to switch to a competitors platform because they were lighter weight with better ergonomics with similar power. Boy, was that a mistake! I have since sold these tools to an employee, and am now in the process of adding tools from Dewalt’s 12V line to my arsenal. My job trailer is filled with a full compliment of Dewalt shop and cordless tools, and I can’t wait to start adding the 20V line and phasing out my 18V stuff. However, if I wait until the tools break, it’ll be a very long wait indeed.
I recently bought this house…a lot projects to do and this saw would help! I entered on Facebook and the newsletter in addition to this comment. 3 entries!
I will be finishing my basement as well as building a fence in my back yard! Sure could use a nice reciprocating saw for that!
I would use it to cut apart anything and everything. Reciprocating saw’s are the bomb.
In a few months we start building the Haunted Houses for Universal Studios here in Florida. It would be great to have this tool around!
The most versatile power tool there is, how wouldn’t I use it, love recip saws and my old one’s about burnt up, would love this powerful cordless Dewalt! :)
I would use it for the demolition and remodeling of the house we are going to buy.
This old house I’m living in needs so much. I need to remodel the bathroom, remodel the kitchen, add a half bath,….
I am a maintenance supervisor at a apartment complex in Pearland, Tx and I would use this item in more ways than one. To do limb trimming, sub floors, plumbing and alot of fence work!
Greetings HCI,

I’d use it on a wall between my kitchen and living room that is just begging to be removed!
I would use that 20v dewalt max reciprocating saw to cut stuff. Cut alot of stuff.
Would love to have it for working on my great grandma’s house and finishing the bathroom remodel I’m working on. And all the other projects I have going around the farm.

My wife and I are getting ready to remodel our kitchen, and a new reciprocating saw would really come in handy!! And dewalt is the only brand I currently own ;)
It just so happens me and my wife have been talking about getting a new dinning room table.
I am just starting out as an HVAC tech and we use reciprocating saws quite often. I always have to borrow my coworkers 18v dewalt. This would match well with my 20v hammer drill!
This 20v would be perfect for remodeling my mom’s whole house.
Currently renovating our102 year old Sears and Roebuck house. Sure would be handy to have a cordless recipe saw to tackle some of the lathe removal.
I just picked up the 20v drill/impact set and would like to add to it with a recip.
I work in commercial construction hanging drywall metal framing and I would use it for demo, and as a vibrator when pouring concrete (saw a video online as a trick and works great)
I would use your 20V MAX Reciprocating Saw at work on the job. I would use it for Demolition of houses and building of houses almost on a daily basis. I currently own and use the 18.5 cordless version almost daily along with a variety of other Dewalt power tools.

I currently have the Dewalt corded Reciprocating saw. I could not have replaced the damaged sub of my kitchen without it. Would love to have a cordless one. I still have to replace the sub floor in two other rooms. 20v would help make quick work of it.
I’m retired Air Force and was the person that ordered our tools for our unit. I researched different brands of hand tools and convinced my superiors that Dewalt was by far the BEST. We purchased the cordless 18v kits and several cordless drills variable voltages. Never had a problem. Now that I’m retired I am looking at buying more Dewalt tools. Thank you.
We are doing major remodeling on a house we bought.
I receive the newsletter.
I currently have the Dewalt corded Reciprocating saw. When I bought it, I didn’t think I would really ever use it. It has come in handly on several occasions. Had to do some plumbing repairs and it did a great job cutting away the old pipes then cutting the new pipes. Had to cut an acess hole in the wall and guess which tool I picked to do the job. A cordless saw would have made both jobs easier by not having to drag out extension cords to reach where I needed to work.
I would us this on a project I always wanted to undertake….A totem pole…from a California Redwood. ;)
Bought a house built in 1913, enough said on that i cant afford to go out and just buy new tools all the time. So im sick of have to borrow co workers or the bosses equipt. A new tool would help myself as well as my family out a ton.
I would love to win the 20v set from Dewalt.

THATS IS TO SUPPOSE TO BE WITH ,ANYWAY I WOULD LOVE TO WIN A SAW
If I had one of them saws I would do a hell of a lot of demo and not have to worry about choping my cord in half. Being a journeyman electrician I use one on a daily basis is like attached to my hand.
Love it
Enter me in the drawing, please.

My husband would use the DEWALT 20V MAX Reciprocating Saw for lots of projects, currently he is building a deer stand.
I would use the saw when I’m remolding my bathroom next month
I’d use this saw just like I use my old corded one – demoing my basement to make way for renovations! Only this one I wouldn’t have to make sure I have a 50ft cord handy.

I’ve just begun a basement remodel, and this recip saw would help quite a bit. Thanks for doing the contest.
I would love to try the reciprocating saw. I have only used the corded type and would love to not have to run cords up into attics andon roofs for small repair jobs.
I have a bunch of projects on the list for our 80 year old home that this would be perfect for!

P.S. Please Pick me,Please pick me.
I am a serious DIY’er and working in the contracting field for over a year. I worked on many projects and use mostly dewalt tools. The only problem is, I use many of my coworkers tools till I can acquire my own. I use a reciprocating saw at almost every job, having my own Dewalt 20v max would be a blessing. Dewalt will be the only tool I use!

I would love to add these tools to my collection and with my crew
Would come in handy for the demo’s to be done.
Looking for a new recip since I wore the last one out, doing lots of remodel around the house. Tested the newest Dewalt at Home Depot and really like the way it handles and the power it has. Easy to manage and works great!
I will use the new Denwall 20 V reciprocating saw to cut conduits pipe floor walls pretty much everything I can
Great for cutting r.o. for windows and doors. Also for finishing stair stringer cuts.
Since Santa Thought I needed a shirt and socks and gutchies for Christmas instead of a reciprocating saw for the new blades I won last fall, I surely could be persuaded to accept this fine tool ifn you was ta feel obliged to give it to me. I know of a few projects that could get done and some others that could be started ifn I was to say win one. But that would be up to you and DeWalt. Now I don’t want to persuade ya any, but, PLEASE!
we are working on an addition, this would be very helpful

I love dewalt. I could use a little help with some around the house demolishing!
I bought most of the entire line of 18 volt dewalt cordless tools for work and am now upgrading to the 20 volt line up. I plan to get the entire line up of 20 volt tools within the next year.
Although one swift kung fu kick would probably bring it down, I’d use it to safely dismantle the sorry excuse of a deck that’s attached to my house.
I will use it cut down my fence.
