Today is one of the biggest shopping days of the year and it’s the perfect time to buy a gift for someone that’s a contractor, carpenter, DIY’er or professional tradesman. Every year I create a great holiday Gift Guide to help you pick the best tools and this year is not exception. To make things even better I’ve decided to share with you a list of similar Gift Guides from some of the best online Tool and Construction web publishers.
This year I’ve got another great gift guide full of this year’s hottest tools. Prices range from around $15 all the way up to several thousand dollars. The guide includes tools that fit all sorts of trades and needs. My favorite again this year is a Veto ProPac tool bag. By far the best on the market and a great gift for anyone.
You can view the guide HERE.
Rob over at AConcordCarpenter designed his gift guide with only excellent products – NO JUNK tools! Rob swings a hammer for a living and knows tools as well as anyone out there. His guide is sure to be a hit this year.
ProToolReviews: The guys at PTR really know their stuff and offer up great suggestions for the PRO Contractor. They cut right to the chase and tell you how it is.
CopTool: Don’t let the name of this site fool you. CopTool isn’t a pepper spray whole-seller, they offer some great products in their guide. Jay over at CopTool spends his days selling top quality tools and knows the difference between gimmicks and the real deal.
HomeFixated: Here’s a gift guide that’s perfect for DIY’ers, Home Improvement wannabes and anyone that needs a good laugh. Marc will leave you in stitches and offer some gift suggestions that will likely push you to the top in the gifting department.
Tool Rank: Another real life carpenter sharing his honest opinion about tools that really work and perform. If you want advice from a PRO, ToolRank is another excellent resource.
ToolSkool: This site is certainly a hidden jewel and one that will likely outrank all the other sites listed here. The editors or ToolSkool offer some of the very best video tool reviews on the market and they offer honest opinions from some folks that also know a few things about swinging hammers!
Tools In Action: These guys remind me of the Blues Brothers. Located just outside Chicago these guys bring humor and a passion for tools that infectious. They too offer a guide that’s full of great suggestions for anyone in the trades or fixing up that old home!
Tool Guyd: This site is sort of like the Popular Mechanics for tool nuts. Stu offers up some of the most bizarre information and predictions for the tool industry. What’s crazy is how often his predictions come true! I think he must oversee the witness protection program!
